One of Jude Bellingham's former classmates from his primary school days revealed several secrets about the childhood of the Real Madrid and England national team player. He shared a picture from Bellingham's yearbook, where it was noted that he wanted to play for Barcelona.

In the yearbook, Bellingham mentioned that he wanted to be a professional footballer in England and Barcelona.

Vanessa Payne, Bellingham's former teacher at Hagley Primary School near Stourbridge, said he was a "wonderful young man" during his upbringing.

Payne added in her statements to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC): "Even at that time, he had the ambition to take his skills somewhere. He left a legacy here in terms of sportsmanship, ambition, and striving to be the best you can be.

She continued: "He was kind, a good athlete, and a person people wanted to be around."

Before leaving the school in 2014, Bellingham wrote a message in the yearbook on a page that had the title "When I grow up, I want to be...".

According to the images below that were uploaded, the current Real Madrid player wrote: "When I grow up, I want to be a football player for Barcelona and England."

Bellingham also said that his biggest dream was to "have a football tour" with David Beckham, while the things that made him laugh were Adam Sandler movies.

Ironically, Bellingham signed with Real Madrid, Barcelona's traditional rival, last summer in a deal worth £88.5 million plus add-ons.

Bellingham will play for England in the "Euro 2024" competition later this June, just weeks after winning the Champions League title with "Los Blancos."

The England international told TNT Sports after the 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Wembley final: "I always dreamed of playing in these matches."

He added: "When it gets tough sometimes, you start to wonder if it's all worth it - but nights like this make it worth it."
